Beautify the settings page.
Use jsdelivr CDN to load jQuery and jquery-observe.

Thanks for your PR. I've added the source code for the settings page to my repository. I think it would be better if you included the css directly to that page.

I think so.I couldn’t find the source code of the setting page before, so I put it in this script.
