SDK-3469 Remove deprecated purchase methods

This PR leaves just purchase(PurchaseParams) as the only way to purchase.

Breaking changes

• Removes purchasePackage()
• Removes purchaseProduct()
• Removes purchasePackageWith()
• Removes purchaseProductWith()
• Removes UpgradeInfo
