We want to allow the SDK to include credentials when executing HTTP calls.

We foresee the need of using proxies and we need it in the development of some internal functionalities that leverage the sdk.

I'm going to close this PR for now since the changes are mostly included in #147 except we are removing the parameter temporarily. Once we're ready to add it back, it should just be reverting the changes in this commit: https://github.com/RevenueCat/purchases-js/pull/147/commits/991f05cfbe6e1630bc0d97920fbf32d6aeb114ba
