I didn't plan for unnecessary reasons, only fidonet was of interest. However, depending on the success of the revived project, nntp is also possible. But this is not accurate ;)
NNTP support would be great, because there are no free decent Usenet readers for Android, and HotdogEd was the only one in existence. I regularly see questions on Usenet asking for a good Android client, but then it should have an English interface...
So what should the NNTP interface be like? NTP is just a provider here, the editor is HotdogEd anyway. And I even cut all the links to NNTP in it already.. On the other hand, you can get away from a single editor and split the project. But what is the problem of using the existing version of NNTP now?
Since the [Doesn't support] section lists NNTP, I assmed the current version did not work with Usenet. If it does, then perhaps you should remove NNTP from the Doesn't support* sectoin...
Is the NNTP provider inclued here? I no longer have a smartphone (although I used HotdogEd when I did), and was writing in behalf of a friend.
Hello. This is not an issue, just a question—do you plan to add NNTP support?
