How exactly are you building ALFIS?
https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=alfis
Used this as a base but bumped the version to 0.8.5.
Does 0.8.4 compile okay? // I've checked in Debian now - it compiles flawlessly. Maybe something with dependencies.
Nope neither works for me in Arch. It has newer libs than debian, which is probably the cause.-JoshOn Sep 4, 2024 5:37 AM, Revertron @.***> wrote: Does 0.8.4 compile okay? // I've checked in Debian now - it compiles flawlessly. Maybe something with dependencies.

Okay, I've updated my Arch VM, and ALFIS is building there flawlessly. Just for the test, can you try building from the master branch?
Found the issue. Arch started to enable LTO by default.
If I add options=('!lto')
to the PKGBUILD it builds as expected. =)
Here's some docs on their changes.
Build is completely broken in Arch Linux.
