Job Deadline Acceptable Params #43

We default to 1h in Job Deadline field. We should make it clear what syntax/expectation is expected and ok here.

I'm not sure if I want a job to run 1.5hours do I put 1.5h, 90m, 1h30m. Would all of them work?

I tried putting in 70m and the default chart still shows a 1h frame from when the test was initiated instead of adjusting.
