factions outpost is an area that a faction can capture to gain faction power every 30-60 seconds, a faction has to capture the area to 100% before they can start receiving power, if a player from another factions goes into the cap at the same time as the other faction they capture % stops, if they go onto the capture point when no one else is on it, they have to decapture it from the other faction (go from 100% to 0%) and then recapture it for their own faction, these feature should never end and should automatically work upon server start.

There isnt a public plugin from what i know like this but i can attach a plugin with used some of these functions (such as capturing a point) and you can jse that code/use it for dras for your own code, i really hope you guys make this as it would bring so much more competitiveness to faction servers that cant afford to oay for premium plugins from devs.
