Kira Bounty hunter Kira has been in the hunter business for the last five years under the supervision of Nero, a mech that has kept her out of trouble more times than she can count. Still considered a rookie in the business, she’s determined to prove herself, and the only way for her to do so is to take on what others are too scared to do. Her latest mission was to hunt down the most wanted criminal, Scythe, and put a stop to his schemes. In an effort to track Scythe down, she’s traveled all around the globe, her final destination—the Neon Casino, where Scythe was last caught on camera. By the time she arrived, Scythe was long gone, but not without leaving a gift for Kira, a boss unlike any she’s ever faced.

Nero Nero has been a bounty hunter longer than they could remember, never knowing any other career. They recently became a mentor to Kira, a bounty hunter still new to the business. Along with Kira, they’ve taken on the most demanding challenge they’ve ever faced; hunting down the elusive Scythe, a villain Nero has been chasing since they started bounty hunting. They intend this to be their final hunt, a conclusion to chase. Tracking Scythe led them to Loop Central, with its winding train tracks. While Nero was looking for Scythe, Scythe was hunting Nero using one of the city’s drones.

Scythe In his youth, Scythe was one of the greatest pinball players, but he started to fear being challenged. He was the best, and he was going to stay the best no matter what. It started with rigging pinball games in his favor, and then suddenly, challengers to the best pinball player title started going missing. He was on top of the world until people started connecting the disappearances with him. Scythe had to go on the run, never settling down. He has been chased by bounty hunters for 15 years now. It was time for the running to end, and he would challenge them to the game of pinball in the factory. Challenging them to the title of PINBALL MASTER.
