NBM on Maven Central? #165

Hi,

Can the author of this awesome plugin make its NBM available on Maven Central?

That will facilitate usage of the NBM from a new plugin infrastructure that is in progress.

What new plugjn infrastructure — ah, Plugin Portal, yes, join the mailing lists, see netbeans.apache.org. You start by uploading an NBM on Maven Central and then register the co-ordinates in the new Plugin Portal:
