Describe the bug Library Cleaner: Duplicate Items persist when it shouldn't be if game is changed in one of the libraries.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Remove a game that exists in the list
  2. See error

Expected behavior Item or items should be removed from the list
