Recent NextJS 14 versions have broken scroll restoration because of changes in the core.

This PR adds tests for ScrollRestorer in a real-world app.
Changes approach of how scroll restoration works.
Logic of scroll restoration simpler and more straight to prevent incorrect behaviour in stress situations.
