Remove sponsors section in README.md file #27

I was unable to align the "Vulcan" and "PREMINT" text correctly due to inexperience.

Hey, thank you for opening this PR. The "serial comma" is grammatically optional, so in this case it doesn't matter if they're there or not (grammatically speaking).

Regarding the sponsors, I actually want to remove the sponsors section from this README (which I also did on the Revoke.cash website repo). All the sponsors are now listed on the website landing page, so it's a bit superfluous to also have them in the README.

If you want to make a contribution, perhaps you can change this PR to remove the "Sponsors" section from the README instead?

Done! Removed the sponsors section in README.md file. Unsure if you wanted me to undo the serial commas, so I left them.
