Add Russian and Japanese translations #123

Will add Russian translation. Please help with adding a flag. How am I supposed to do it? thanks!

Hey @kalpovskii, thanks for opening this PR. For translations we use a separate platform called Localazy, which is easier to use than just updating the JSON files. I recently tried to ask someone else to help with Russian translations actually. Let me see how that is going first. If they are doing it, then it would be easiest to let them finish it. But if they aren't finishing it, then it would be amazing if you could help out. Let me get back to you later this week!
