feat: enhance exploit checker to see if previously at risk #225

Description

This PR extends the current functionality of the exploit checker by adding a status called previously_accesible. Which shows if the account was previously at risk.

It does not include a breaking change but the isAffectedByExploit Closes #211

Thanks for the updates. At quick glance this looks like it should mostly work. There might be some small things here and there that need fixing. I will look into this in more depth later and get back to you with a better review.
