Dockerfiles for Linux builds should be included in repository #85

RRO for Linux is built using Docker containers. This is a great feature, but currently the Dockerfile for each Linux platform is missing. Add these to the respective platform directories in the repo.

Solution will be to add proper Dockerfile for: Ubuntu 12.04, 14.04 CentOS 5, 6, 7 OpenSUSE 13
