Make organelle rotation for free check more generous #2105

make the organelle rotation being free apply if the final hex positions are the same (as some organelles don't really rotate sensibly otherwise, rotating them properly would cost ATP otherwise, try the chloroplast for example)

@hhyyrylainen what's the status on this in regards to the dynamic MP?

I'm pretty certain that this has not been done. At least I did not notice any code in the dynamic MP taking this into account. And I had to work on the dynamic MP quite a bit.
