Replace all Godot prints in auto-evo with storing events #3685

we want events actually put on the timeline anyway and it seems that auto-evo can print messages that get cutoff by other game messages so removing prints in auto-evo will be good

so that we aren't printing from multiple threads at once which can garble the text output

Closed this instead of the duplicate (https://github.com/Revolutionary-Games/Thrive/issues/4187)... now reopened.
