Microbe engulf tutorial shouldn't point to something that was engulfed already (or despawned) #4312

The tutorial shouldn't be entirely skipped as engulfing is important, but maybe the tutorial should either temporarily change its text (to mention the player to wait for more engulfable things to appear) or be hidden for a brief tile.

This is basically the same as: https://github.com/Revolutionary-Games/Thrive/issues/2411 but for a different tutorial

I'm bumping this to high priority as people quite regularly see the engulf tutorial pointing to nothing.
