Add Steam Deck icons as controller prompts type #4377

the used xelu icon pack already has the icons but they haven't been added to the game repo yet. The hardest part of this issue is testing on a real steamdeck to ensure the icons show up right and the steamdeck is automatically detected.

I have a steam deck now so I should be able to test this, just need to find the time to do this at some point. Just need to figure out the controller name to detect (or maybe use the SteamDeck=1 environment variable to pick the default controller, and start in controller mode).
