With this change it'll probably also make sense to have different toxin producing processes based on the organelle upgrades and for example non-oxytoxy types shouldn't require oxygen to be produced.
Edit: and also the toxin compound name should be a generic "toxin" and not "oxytoxy" (unless we go with custom compounds for each toxin but then we'd have like 5 more bars in the agents panel and that might not fit in the GUI at all).
as well as tweaking the toxin creation processes to take the toxin type into account. This will be necessary once oxygen isn't everywhere in the game making oxytoxy not universally usable.
