Brief Description of What This PR Does

Finally implementing the food chain tab GUI in the game

WIP still needs better layout and fixing different alive species in a patch being detected than by the auto-evo report page

I quickly checked and looks great even at this point! It certainly doesn't show all species but still good imo.

This is basically done now. I'll need to do a bit more tweaking and testing tomorrow but other than that I think this is now ready to go with a proper graph layout algorithm to make this look good.
