Migrate Rex.IO Agent

We need an agent on the nodes so that we can collect inventory information on a regular basis.

the inventory should contain the things that the current Rex.IO agent supports and additionally

• A list of all packages + versions that are installed

So that we can later add proper patch management with the help of repositor.io.
