Cleanup release notes #122

While working on the syntax highlighting, I noticed that the release notes documents could use some cleanup, so I decided to go for it before moving on to further conversions.

The cleanup has two parts:

  1. Remove Copy to clipboard leftover strings
  2. Run perltidy on the code examples
