add tab completion guide to site #146

Please review this for technical accuracy. I guessed about a couple of things, namely the yaml file and what tab completion will search for based on the rex options given.

I'm thinking about promoting the bash completion script to be an official part of rex in the next release, and document it there instead. Let's keep it open for now.

Since the opening of this PR the rex completion scripts got improved, and also became official part of the main repo, mentioned as part of the core docs. I don't feel the need to maintain a separate page about them on the website (which would eventually get out of sync with the main repo), so I'm closing this unmerged now.

Nonetheless, thanks for the PR! It helped us move forward the state of completion scripts.
