Synthetic Task 2

Created the second synthetic task:

Two grids of size N*N are created, then connected through ~log(N) random edges.

The node features are :

1. Community assignments (inside or outside the grid, different classes for each grid, so 4 classes total)
2. Random gaussian variable with different µ for each grid
