StarCitizen 3.22.0 binding export file not being read properly #78

Have received two different error messages from the diagram tool when attempting to load a binding file exported from StarCitizen 3.22.0 (current version as of 7-Jan 2024):

"Error Loading File: File is not a valid Star Citizen XML" "Error Loading File: list index out of range"

Looking at the exported XML file, it does not appear to have exported anything useful, so I expect the problem is fully on the SC side. Attaching it here for reference. (GitHub won't allow direct attaching of XML file, so just put it in a simple zip file)

This is a strange one, and entirely on the SC side. Had to re-add the X55 settings to the stick and throttle within the game settings, even though the keybinds showed up in the UI. Now the exported XML has the correct bindings listed, and the tool reads it correctly.
