Support Polar Verity offline recording #17

Do you plan to support the recording feature of the Polar Verity Sense sensor? https://github.com/polarofficial/polar-ble-sdk/blob/master/documentation/OfflineRecordingExplained.md

Ideally this plugin would have all the features of the native SDKs, but I don't have time to implement features I don't have a direct need for. I'm open to PRs though if you want to implement it.

@zakikama I haven't had the need for this feature and thus haven't had time to work on it. Feel free to submit a PR if you have time.

i finished working on the polar variety sense offline record let me know when i can push the modiciations because i need it asap to be available

Feel free to make a PR whenever. If changes are that urgent you can just use your own fork for as long as you need in your project.
