Loci from the same locus in Lexeme view should be numbered together #48

The existing behaviour for if there is more than one citation from the same locus is to change the numeral sign ʹ in all citations after the first to a superscript digit indicating the order of its appearance. (e.g. αʹ α² α³...)

Currently no attempt is made to do this.
