Move NetRexx documentation to LuaTex #1

As XeLaTex and XeteX are supposedly end of life and LuaTeX, we are told, is the future, we need to convert the documents to be compatible; while addressing the problem that having a working setup is rather hard to attain.

Need to address:

only Open Source fonts
native executables for Railroad diagrams
examples are built live: they need to work in JVM >8!

Using code copied from QuickStart Guide (toast), I got this error Unexpected character found in source: '∗' (hexadecimal encoding: 2217)

Apparently, the character "" is encoded ( "∗" U+2217 "ASTERISK OPERATOR" ) instead of ( "" U+002A "ASTERISK" )

Made a google search to see if \lstinputlisting is the culprit but did not find anything. Maybe that will be fixed after switching to LuaTex.
