No valid UID found #10

Hello. What is mean by no valid UID found? this is for chameleon tiny when i tried to get the UID it stated as no valid UID found. Does it mean the card to clone is encrypted?

Please advice.

Can you describe your process? Settings, parameters...

I am trying to get UID by using ISO14443A_READER then there is a message shown no valid UID found.

Hope you can advice me why this happen and how to solve it.

I tried it with serial console.

  1. set config to: config=ISO14443A_READER
  2. run command getuid

looks like: config=ISO14443A_READER 100:OK getuid 101:OK WITH TEXT 12345678

If I use the Chameleon App from RRG I get the result get uid succeeded, copied to clipboard All work fine.

Typo...from RRG = RfidResearchGroup The App is the one in the google play store: search for rfid research group.
