Inspired from @xeonxu 's https://github.com/iceman1001/ChameleonMini-rebooted/pull/194 , a PR to support NTAG213 and NTAG216 in ChameleonMini revG - without size problem

Just saw #98 , maybe same result, I did not see before - sorry. Followed @xeonxu commit spirit, less difference with its code
