Add NTAG21X(NTAG213, NTAG215, NTAG216) support. #84

Just add support for ntag21x series.

The support for the NTAG21x that is being added with this pull request seems based on my fork of the original emsec repo. It's still a work in progress and it's being actively developed: it needs some fixes and ASCII mirror still needs to be implemented.

I'd advise against merging this pull request until I've finished implementing the missing features and done some more testing to ensure that the NTAG21x emulation is working as it should

@gcammisa I compiled the latest firmware and uploaded a normal bin file which works fine with my n2e device, and when I use it with my tinypro as an amiibo it got an error code "2115-0178" "this is not Amiibo"
