Add public roadmap and wishlist documentation

This commit adds the public roadmap and wishlist documentation to the project's wiki. The public roadmap provides an overview of the project's vision and ongoing developments, including firmware updates, new protocols, hardware revisions, software tools, community contributions, and more. The wishlist serves as a collection of desired features and moonshot ideas for future development. For now the things written in the wishlist are kind of placeholders. Ideally this contents should go to the Wiki

Thank you! That's a nice starting point. I'll create the corresponding pages on the wiki. I'll remove a couple of items which are short term specific issues as a roadmap is more of about long term features.

Pushed here https://github.com/RfidResearchGroup/ChameleonUltra/wiki/Home/_history I was a bit puzzled by a number of elements in the wishlist, which I removed because I felt uneasy about them. Feel free to discuss them on Discord, maybe I just didn't understand as intended.

• Mobile app: well there is already one in development, do you want to see yet another app with the same features?
• Performance: we didn't implement yet what could be slow, like LF samples over BLE, we don't know if it will be slow or not, and you want already more perfs?
• Support 14b etc -> moved to hw as it can't happen on current hw
• Smaller form factor? seriously? they did the smallest LF/HF/BLE battery-powered thingy and you just wish "smaller!" ^^
• open-source hw: isn't it already the case? https://github.com/RfidResearchGroup/ChameleonUltra/tree/main/hardware
• AI: I reformulated the proposition into sth I believe could better fit AI usage
