Added Pittsburgh ConnectCard keys #2301

Added keys for the Pittsburgh Regional Transit ConnectCard in Pittsburgh, PA. These keys appear to be static as I've tested them on three different cards. A friend and I obtained them by using a mfkey32 on a Flipper Zero.
