Updated aid_desfire.json

New AIDs were added; duplicate AIDs were removed.

Missing AID Country, Name, Description, and Type were added/clarified using publicly-available information and randydex.

AIDs are now in category order, then further sorted by AID hexadecimal order.

Respository Style Guide adhered to where possible noting that some AID Descriptions added may need truncating.

File was checked to ensure four [4] spaces were used instead of tabs for the {, },, and } lines.
