Reduce field up time #839

"hf search" keeps field on for very long time compared to e.g. a phone polling the field. This might impact battery life for on-the-go pm3 (250mA when HF field is on).

HF SEARCH issues a bunch of commands. All of which should turn on/off when they run. Some commands like HF 15 misbehavies.
