This is a pull request for Integrating Discord Rich Presence into Create Your Frisk.

The contents of this pull request are:

Create Your Frisk being recognized as a game on Discord once it runs (DM me to discuss ownership, icons, etc, pls). Automatic Updating of text depending on situation (currently, when entering the Mod Select menu and when entering an encounter) The Discord object that allows Mod Creators to edit the name of their mod, one additional line below that and the elapsed/remaining time (relative to the time of execution of the function)

I'll be glad to accept it once there'll be a way to disable it. Otherwise, good job! I'll take a look at the already existing commits.
