It does not change IP address after being enabled.

I installed it from BApps store.

Do you have Jython installed and configured? This extension requires Jython and I could be wrong but I do not think Jython works with Python3. Check out this as well maybe it will help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YQLao6p9GM&feature=youtu.be
