Add +/- icons for zoom in/out #383

I'm going to do two things:

put this on the right below the existing buttons (in a row, plus / minus)
add keyboard shortcuts
make it so that when alt is clicked for more then a second all keyboard shortcuts are highlighted

did just one, I'll open a bug for the keyboard shortcuts.

you can make the node info button open partially overlapping the multiple operations toolbar (i.e. link/merge/delete), I'll fix that tomorrow.
