Apply Schema for Commons Congress #433

This is the schema for the Commons Congress, which would be hosted on demo.rhizi.net:

  1. Person - properties: email, URL, description, image URL, affiliation.
  2. Project - properties: Rhizi-URL,URL, description(Rhizi-URL should be the default link presented as an icon
  3. Project component - properties:  URL, description
  4. Objective/Outcome - properties:  URL, description
  5. Keyword: URL, description
  6. Resource: URL, description.

Remove "address" Property from person type. Add image URL for person type Add Rhizi-URL to project type.
