Current behaviour:
I go to cri.rhizi.net/rz/wrongdoc and I get the standard page titled "title". If I try to input anything in there, nothing happens.
Desired behaviour:
On opening an unexisting Rhizi-doc I should get prompted first:
"The document titled doesn't exist, would you like to create it?"
With the option "Create new document" or "Cancel"
Clicking "Create new document - should create the doc.
Clicking "Cancel" - should take you to the "Welcome Rhizi" doc.
