Flickering when mouse hover over node #560

Context: Current behaviour is for nodes is to have :hover css action. This is buggy as causes rapid changes of state between :hover and non-hover. Solution is to introduce similar behaviour to the one @alon introduced for hovering over edge. where a .hovering class is added via JS.

this seems fine to me now - perhaps this was related to image redraw? actually all nodes seem fine. Can you check if you still have this issue?
