Node positions will be stored in the DB. This should work for:

Force layout - preventing nodes shuffling on screen when first loading doc.
Custom layout - which will be implemented soonish and will save node positions when people move them around in custom layout view.

You've mentioned it your commit message, but placing here for context - even when nodes positions are stored the nodes still jitter a bit, any idea how to prevent that?
