Custom layout not restoring positions after open another doc + switching layout #613

Operations leading to bug:

1) Positioned two nodes one on top of the other in doc 1 2) Opened doc 2 3) Switched layout to force in doc 2 4) Opened doc 1

Result: Nodes in doc 1 have lost their fixed positions.
