When filtering out node type in custom or force layout, Force layout should be triggered #671

Current behaviour:

Through the UI I filter out a node type and the node type disappears from screen.

Expected behaviour: When in force layout: Node type disappears from screen and force layout is triggered to rearrange nodes. Their final positions are not saved on server. When in Custom layout: Node type disappears and force layout is triggered on the unfixed nodes, rearranging them. Their final position are not saved on server.
