Initial zoom size for small graphs cuts off content

When I try to load the graph at http://cri.rhizi.net/rz/Welcome%20Rhizi The view is too zoomed-in: screen shot 2015-12-12 at 2 24 08 pm

Desired behaviour: Zoom-in should allow anything to show within the view: screen shot 2015-12-12 at 2 24 24 pm
