8 years ago Related to following issues because they are all related to same area of code that treats validation and treatment of document titles:
Document titles should be case insensitive to prevent duplicate documents and errors.
Ex. The creation of a doc named "Projets Numériques" should not be allowed if a doc name "Projets numériques" already exists
