meta22 branch: adding an existing named node should pull it back in response (protocol change) #704

doc Alef contains node Alpha client in doc Beta creates node Alpha.

current result: client sees no change. requires restart of app (clone) to get Alpha.

expected result: Alpha is returned with all it's existing attributes.
