tweaked a couple of things in the 'presentation_and_visualization' file including adding some new graph (geom) types and reformatting a tiny bit. @Leila feel free to change back any of the things I did if you feel like they messed up what you were going for! (#9)

Looks great! I added a commit making some small formatting edits (not sure if these come from Leila's original content or this PR), where I switch out single quotes ' with backticks (next to tilde, top right of keyboard) so that R Markdown will add the nice code formatting when we're referring to code. I also explicitly wrote out the using-color-as-aesthetic code so that students would now they also need to drop what's inside aes(). :-)
