Resources, data wrangling blurb, Kable, getting_started doc

Sorry this changes literally every document we have! Here's what I did:

• Deleted “more resources” section from loading_data
• Added to the separate “more resources” doc about Googling (is this a good thing to include? or should we just encourage people to come to us?)
• Added a data wrangling intro blurb
• Added Kable section in the presentation and visualization doc (how can I make this prettier/can I use KableExtra?)
• Added “getting_started” doc to talk about Reed Rstudio server and Desktop download

Looks great!

It seems like this PR, as is, changes header formatting from ### this to ###this. Adding a small commit to revert those changes so that RMarkdown can parse those titles as headers rather than plain text. (Was that way too confusing?)
